Revolt in Uttarakhand Congress

The Congress is facing a rebellion in Uttarakhand after the surprise decision of party high command to make Tehri Garhwal MP Vijay Bahuguna, son of late party leader Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, the next chief minister of the state.This decision of the party was taken as unfair and unjust by large number of party workers from Uttarakhand as Vijay Bahuguna was not much involve in the recent intense assembly election campaign as well as political battles with BJP in the last five years when Congress was in opposition. The average party worker of Congress from Uttarakhand and the party M.L.A’s were angry at this decision as there leaders like Harish Rawat , Dr. Harak Singh Rawat ,Yashpal Arya and Indira Hirdayesh, who were in the consideration of becoming the chief minister of the state, were ignored by the party high command, possibly at the advise of General secretary and Congress in charge of the state Ghulam Nabi Azad, and some one who is not highly regarded at the grass-root level politics of the state is now being made the Chief Minister out of no where!!!

Out of the 70 assembly seats of Uttarakhand the Congress party got victory on 32 seats against the 31 seats won by BJP as per the result declared on March 6, 2012. Being the largest party in the house, though they were just one seat ahead of BJP in the assembly, Congress presented its claim to form the government with the help of 4 independent MLA’s supporting it but things got soured when a fight erupted with in the party for the post of Chief Minister. Union Cabinet Minister of state Shri Harish Rawat was the front runner for the post of C.M. among many stalwarts like leader of Opposition Dr. Harak Singh Rawat , state Congress President Yashpal Arya, Satpal Maharaj and Indira Hirdayesh. But Congress leadership decided in favor of Vijay Bahuguna who is maternal cousin of ex. chief minister and senior BJP leader B.C. Khanduri probably thinking that opposition led by BJP’s B.C. Khanduri may not pose much problem for Chief Minister as both are cousin brothers. Congress leadership also thought that Vijay Bahuguna, who is currently a member of Lok Sabha (Lower house of Parliament), will secure a assembly seat for himself easily as B.C. Khanduri may not contest against his cousin brother. But the problem came from with in the party as soon as Vijay Bahuguna’s name for the top post was declared on March 12.
Now see this horoscope of Congress party which after performing poorly in assembly polls, Congress lost in Punjab ,U.P. Goa, and could only form the government in Manipur, is not facing the biggest rebellion during the leadership of her president Sonia Gandhi after the Y.S Reddy’s revolt in Andhra Pradesh in November 2010.

(i) It is Jupiter/Saturn/Venus (from 06-March-2012 to 07-August-2012) in the horoscope of Congress party. Saturn is in the sixth house of rebellion and strife. Venus is the eighth lord of humiliation making the situation in hand amply clear for Congress party.
(ii) In Mandooka Dasha, which is applicable here as four planets are in quadrants, it is Sagittarius/Libra (from September 2011 to June 2012). The anter dasha rashi Libra is the eighth house from lagna as well as from Karakamsha. Moreover Libra is receiving the aspect of Ganatikaraka Saturn which explain this revolt.
(iii) In transit Saturn is in Libra and Jupiter is in Aries activating the eighth house of humiliation and death of leadership. We have already predicted some tragic event for the party in our earlier write-up “Congress and BJP in five states assembly elections 2012……” written on 24-January-2012.
Now see this Oath Taking Chart of Vijay Bahuguna who’s swearing-in ceremony was arranged hastily on Tuesday the March 13 when he took Oath with out even being formally elected the leader of legislative party: A custom which is observed even when the leader is chosen at the behest of high command.

(i) The Tuesday is not recommended for Oath Taking as its day lord Mars is a hard malefic.
(ii) The rising sign is Leo, which is a “Srisodaya rashi”, but quadrants are occupied by malefics.
(iii) Moon is in Rahu-Ketu axis and is aspected by retrograde Mars which is bad for the stability of government it self.
(iv) The tenth lord Venus is in close conjunction with eighth lord Jupiter is also bad for the longevity of the government and adding to the misery this evil combination is aspected by sixth lord Saturn.
(v) Since Moon is in Anuradha Nakshatra, which is a Nakshatra ruled by Saturn, so condense Vimshottari dasha at birth will be of sixth lord Saturn clearly explaining these strife and disputes.
(vi) If some serious student of astrology is interested in more probe than he must cast this Oath Taking Chart with the given details and he will find that there is close link of tenth house/lord with eighth house/lord in Navamsha as well as Dashamsha.
So in nutshell it is clear that government of Vijay Bahuguna will not last longer and may fall any time in days to come. Even if Vijay Bahuguna resign from his post than also there are every chances that Congress will not be able to run this minority government for as long as at present it is the condense Vimshottari dasha of Saturn from 13-March-2012 to 05-September-2012 and than there will be Mercury dasha, which is in the eighth house, from 05-September-2012 to 24-May-2013 is highly unfavorable for the Congress government in Uttarakhand.
In the present circumstances 17 MLA’s have turned rebel and are campaigning in Delhi at the house of Harish Rawat, who is supposed to written a letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi expressing his unhappiness and have also resigned from the cabinet, expecting him to create a new party. Although Rawat is not expected to walk out of the Congress Party, as for forming a new party he will need at least 2/3 of the Congress MLA’s support out of 32, but he will be bargaining for the lion’s share for his supporters in the new state government and elevation for himself in the Cabinet of UPA government.
